- This is a model specifically designed for transparent resin that reduces shadow reflections and enables higher precision sorting. - It detects foreign materials such as discoloration, black spots, and foreign substances in resin pellets using a camera and removes them with an air ejector. - Equipped with a high-performance camera with a theoretical resolution of 40μm, it can detect even the smallest black spots. - Our unique roller drop method allows for sorting of flakes and crushed materials, which is difficult with chute-type systems. - The processing capacity is up to 1000kg/h, and there are models that can handle up to 3000kg/h. - It is smaller and takes up less space compared to belt-type sorting machines, and can be installed in both inline and outline configurations. - The operation panel features a highly visible color touch screen, making it easy to set parameters such as sensitivity (threshold). - Covers and other components can be removed without tools, making maintenance easy. ◆ We also conduct sorting performance tests using actual machines.
