Standard model equipped with a high-resolution monochrome camera.
- This is a standard model suitable for foreign matter separation of light-colored pellets such as white and natural colors. - It detects foreign materials such as burns, black spots, discoloration, and foreign substances in resin pellets using a camera and removes them with an air ejector. - Equipped with a high-performance camera with a theoretical resolution of 40μm, it can detect even very small black spots. - Thanks to our unique roller drop method, it is also capable of sorting flakes and crushed materials, which is difficult with chute-type systems. - The processing capacity is up to 1000 kg/h, and there are models that can handle up to 3000 kg/h. - It is smaller and takes up less space compared to belt-type sorting machines, and can be installed in both inline and outline configurations. - The operation panel features a highly visible color touch screen, making it easy to set parameters such as sensitivity (threshold). - Covers and other components can be removed without tools, facilitating easy maintenance. ◆ We also offer sorting performance tests using actual machines.
