【Device Self-Monitoring Function Processing】 1. The CPU periodically accesses the main IC to perform status monitoring. 2. Responds to accesses from the CPU. In case of an anomaly, it either does not respond or displays internal parameter anomalies. 3. When both the main IC and the CPU are normal, the internal counter of the reset IC is reset. If an anomaly in the main IC is detected, the internal counter of the reset IC continues to count up (if the CPU itself is abnormal, it cannot execute the counter reset process). 4. The internal counter is reset by the counter reset from the CPU, allowing the device to continue operation.
