Engineers from our overseas subsidiary, Metatechnolanka, will undergo Japanese language training and IT technical training conducted by a Japanese language teacher in Sri Lanka for one year after joining the company. After that, they will come to Japan and work in Japanese alongside Japanese colleagues. After gaining 3 to 5 years of experience in Japan, they will return to Sri Lanka to undertake business from Japan at Metatechnolanka and engage in application development for local companies and the government. If it is not possible to send hardware locally for contracted embedded system development, we keep the hardware at Metatechnol in Japan and conduct development through remote operation via VPN from Sri Lanka.
