By simply installing "one sensor" at the crankshaft end, torsional vibrations can be measured! It is also possible to carry out the entire process from measurement and analysis to report creation in a streamlined workflow.
The "Electric Twisting Vibration Measurement System" allows for the measurement of twisting vibrations by simply attaching "one sensor" to the crankshaft end. The sensor installation is straightforward and easy, and it is compact and lightweight, making it portable. Furthermore, the processes of measurement, analysis, and report generation can be done in a streamlined manner. This product was jointly developed by International Vibration Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Japan Engine Corporation. 【Features】 ■ Graphing of stress and engine RPM during twisting vibration occurrence ■ Display of allowable stress curves for twisting vibration stress and dangerous RPM ranges is also possible ■ Simultaneous measurement of multiple orders according to the number of cylinders in a diesel engine ■ Immediate printing of measurement result graphs after completion of measurement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
