Examples of efforts for abnormal detection and diagnosis methods of equipment, facilities, and structures due to vibrations, etc.

Here are examples of efforts related to the diagnostic methods for abnormal detection of equipment, facilities, and structures due to vibrations and other factors!

This document includes examples of efforts related to "diagnostic methods for abnormal detection of equipment, facilities, and structures due to vibrations and other factors." The "Engine Abnormal Combustion Monitoring Device" detects pressure fluctuations and vibrations of internal components caused by combustion within the engine using high-temperature pressure gauges and accelerometers. By continuously analyzing and monitoring these signals, it allows for immediate understanding of changes in the engine's combustion and vibration states, thereby preventing damage or accidents due to engine abnormalities. Additionally, information on "product and technology development through the Monozukuri Subsidy Program" is also included.
