The ASC single-axis piezoresistive accelerometer consists of advanced piezoresistive MEMS sensing elements that provide excellent dynamic range and stability. This unit features a full Wheatstone bridge output configuration and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C or -40°C to +100°C. It minimizes internal gas to achieve excellent non-linearity (±1%), outstanding durability (up to 5000g and 10000g), and a frequency response of ±5% from DC to 2.5kHz and up to 4000Hz. The ASC 66C2 is better suited for higher performance in terms of temperature, shock, and frequency response.

Measurement range ±10g (±5% from 0 to 300Hz), spectral noise 18ug/sqrt Hz.
