It is a machine that plays an active role in the production, acceptance, and chip yard of wood chips.
Wood biomass power generation. It is a noteworthy renewable energy source. The wood chips used as fuel for power generation come from various sources, such as thinning materials from forests and construction waste, and the moisture content varies widely. The moisture content of wood chips is directly related to their calorific value, ignitability, and combustibility, significantly affecting the power generation efficiency of boilers. Therefore, proper moisture management of wood chips is required. Traditionally, moisture measurement of wood chips has been conducted using methods like "heating and drying," but these methods have significant drawbacks, such as lack of speed and the need for specialized equipment. The device "Wood Chip Digital Moisture Meter M70T-200KTS" can measure moisture simply by inserting a rod-shaped sensor into a pile of wood chips. It is easy to operate, but by using a newly developed calibration curve specifically for wood chips that is pre-registered, it provides reliable moisture values. This device is effective in the production, acceptance, and chip yard sites of wood chips. We confidently recommend it from moisture meter experts to all wood chip specialists. *Calibration curve: A formula that converts the electrical signals measured by the sensor into moisture values.

basic information
●Handheld Type It can be brought to the site for real-time moisture measurement. ●Rapid Measurement By pressing the key while the sensor is inserted, results are displayed in a few seconds. ●Display is based on Wet Base While wood moisture is often expressed in Dry Base, this device displays it in Wet Base. ●Upper Limit Alarm Function To efficiently manage moisture, you can set an upper limit alarm for moisture levels. If the measurement exceeds the set value, a buzzer will notify you. ●Two Types of Calibration Curves: "Cutting Chips" and "Crushing Chips" In addition, up to 13 types of user-specific calibration curves can be stored.
