A volume reduction processing device that can reduce waste liquid treatment costs! The waste heat from the device can also be used as a heat source for sludge dryers!
This device is a volume reduction treatment system that evaporates moisture contained in waste liquid to concentrate it, and oxidizes and thermally decomposes odor components contained in the evaporated vapor for exhaust. In the case of oil-containing waste liquids such as water-soluble cutting fluids and water-soluble grinding fluids, oil can be separated and recovered as concentrated oil. The waste heat from the device can also be utilized as a heat source for sludge dryers. 【Features】 ■ Reduces waste liquid treatment costs. ■ Enhanced automatic discharge mechanism for concentrated liquid. ■ Since it uses a thermal decomposition deodorization method, there is no odor or smoke in the exhaust gas. ■ Does not require auxiliary equipment such as cooling water or heat exchangers. ■ High concentration rate. ■ No consumables, resulting in low running costs. ■ Comprehensive safety features. ■ Easy maintenance and servicing. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
