Efficiently clean dyeing machines with liquid flow circulation! Removes rake-shaped impurities too! [Currently offering samples to 10 lucky winners in a lottery]
"Cleaner 800" is a cleaning agent that enables efficient cleaning of dyeing machines. As the use of liquid flow circulation dyeing machines such as beam, overmayer, and jet cheese has increased, there has been a growing need for efficient cleaning agents for these dyeing machines. In particular, dyes and rake-like impurities from fiber oligomers that adhere to pipes and pumps at temperatures above 100°C cannot be easily removed by reduction cleaning at 70-80°C. This product allows for efficient cleaning when used in combination with relatively low concentrations of caustic soda or with hydrosulfite and caustic soda. 【Features】 ■ Capable of efficiently cleaning liquid flow circulation dyeing machines ■ Can be used in combination with relatively low concentrations of caustic soda ■ Can be used in combination with hydrosulfite and caustic soda ■ Capable of efficiently cleaning dyes and rake-like impurities that adhere at high temperatures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. ★ We are currently offering samples to 10 lucky individuals selected from those who download the materials!
