Tooru Kasei Co., Ltd. is a company that manufactures and sells industrial parts, daily necessities, and provides contract manufacturing for injection molding molds. In order to respond to the diversifying needs of our customers, after approximately one year of preparation, we fully implemented Muratec Mechatronics Co., Ltd.'s production management system 'MICS' starting in September 2011. By adding our own customizations, we consistently manage "What is happening now?" for all machines in the factory on office PC screens. This has enabled appropriate operational planning and flexible responses.
