The belts that are already finished are in a loop, requiring disassembly of the conveyor. However, with on-site bonding, belt replacement can be done by loosening the tension of the belt or removing just one roller, thereby reducing the hassle of disassembly and reassembly. Additionally, if the belts in use are damaged (torn), we also carry out "repair work" such as width cutting or patching. 【Features】 - We assess the actual usage conditions and select a type that fits the customer's specifications without waste. - "On-site bonding" finishes belts on the customer's production line. - "Repair work" such as width cutting or patching. <General Delivery Time for Belts> Varies depending on type and size. For seamless types without joints, it usually takes about one month, and for overseas products, about three months. Even for standard belts, if the manufacturer's stock is depleted, similar delivery times will apply.
