No splashing of liquid, no air incorporation, and powerful stirring while suppressing foaming.
The C-MIX air motor type drum stirring device stirs without splashing the liquid. The liquid surface remains calm, suppressing solvent evaporation during stirring. It stirs without incorporating air, minimizing foaming. Due to its low shear force, it stirs without damaging the materials and reduces degradation. It effectively eliminates settled substances with its powerful suction force. Installation is simple, as it only needs to be placed on top of the drum.

Company information
AquaTex Co., Ltd. utilizes the blade-less centrifugal mixing device C-MIX to propose solutions to the challenges and issues related to mixing that arise in manufacturing and development settings. **Features** C-MIX: - Reduces the incorporation of air and bubbles during mixing. - Distributes the mixing flow throughout the entire tank using centrifugal force. - Effectively eliminates sediment with powerful suction, and is also suitable for high-viscosity liquids. - Does not have protrusions like blades, allowing for mixing without damaging or degrading the materials. - Can be manufactured in various materials and sizes, including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic (resin), to suit mixing conditions. For example: - Struggling with air or bubble contamination during mixing. - Wanting to reduce the risk of contamination (foreign material inclusion) during mixing. - Looking to eliminate sediment that settles at the bottom of containers. - Wanting to uniformly mix lightweight powders that float on the liquid surface without incorporating air. - Needing to mix quickly but concerned that strong mixing will degrade the liquid due to shear. - Wanting to reduce accidents caused by contact with blades. We address various other mixing issues as well. Please feel free to contact us.
