It has low viscosity, excellent self-leveling properties, and adapts to crack follow-up due to its high elongation rate. NUKOTE Polyurea JF HM is a two-component modified aliphatic polyurea resin with properties that make it resistant to degradation. - 100% solids, contains no volatile substances - High elasticity and flexibility - Flexibility at low temperatures - Odorless - Complies with USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) standards - Complies with California air quality standards - Applicable temperature range: above 0°C and below 35°C
