basic information
■Features and Strengths - Achieves thin elements by using film as the substrate. - Miniaturization through microfabrication technology allows for temperature measurement in compact and intricate spaces. It can measure temperatures in narrow gaps, inside machinery, and in high-pressure areas. - Flexible layout. Designed according to the shape of the element, arrangement of measurement points, and the target to be measured. - High responsiveness. Due to its small heat capacity, it quickly responds to temperature changes. ■Specifications Multi-point measurement elements, thermopiles, and elements formed directly on the measurement target can be customized to meet your needs. Additionally, we offer a type that allows for the replacement of only the film sensor. It can be replaced in just 30 seconds, helping to reduce running costs. The thickness of the film sensor is as thin as 10µm with our products. For detailed specifications, please download the product catalog.

Applications/Examples of results
- Temperature measurement inside fuel cell cells You can measure the temperature distribution inside a sealed cell and between the cells in a stack. It enables the detection of localized abnormal heating, contributing to the stability and safety of fuel cells. https://www.geomatec.co.jp/products-and-solutions/sensing-and-measurement/temperature-measurement-for-fuel-cells/ - Thermal design of semiconductor packages Temperature measurement is possible while the final product is integrated into its housing. You can evaluate the junction temperature (Tj), which affects the lifespan and performance of semiconductor devices, while they are actually in operation. This contributes to accurate thermal design (thermal management). https://www.geomatec.co.jp/products-and-solutions/sensing-and-measurement/thermal-design-of-semiconductor-packages/ - Temperature measurement of heating rollers You can directly measure the temperature while the heating roller is being used for bonding.
