Introducing technical information about permeable and water-retaining blast furnace slag pavement "Color Sand"!
This document explains the similarities and differences between "permeable and water-retaining blast furnace slag pavement (colored sand)" and "masado soil pavement." Both have common functions as permeable and water-retaining pavements, and they are often confused because the aggregate particle size ranges from 5mm to 0mm, resulting in a similar appearance. Additionally, as pavement materials for pedestrian roads, they show similarities in major applications such as sidewalks, walking paths, and park paths, as well as in design pricing. For more detailed explanations regarding the differences, please refer to the external link. 【Technical Information Overview】 ■ Similarities - Appearance, major applications, design pricing ■ Differences - Pavement aggregate, permeability, frost resistance, bending strength, pavement color, durability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or external link page, or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The permeable and water-retaining pavement materials developed by Sanwa Grand Co., Ltd. allow rainwater, an invaluable water resource for the Earth, to permeate and be returned to the ground, thereby alleviating the "heat island phenomenon" in urban areas during the summer, revitalizing spring water, promoting the growth of trees and flowers, and restoring "water and greenery" in the city, creating a pavement that is friendly to both people and nature. Our company aims to contribute to society as a member of a company that creates a comfortable environment through the dissemination of these environmentally friendly pavement materials, which excel in permeability and water retention. Our pavement materials are also ideal for areas with high social needs, such as "barrier-free" access, "disaster evacuation routes," "weed prevention measures," and "school route improvements."
