This report introduces the "tensile strength of overlapping welding and corner welding of stainless steel plate (SUS436L)." Additionally, it includes other features of welding using semiconductor lasers that have not been covered in previous reports. 【Overview】 ■ Test material: Overlapping welding and corner welding of stainless steel plate (SUS436L) ■ Results - The wider the joint area of the plate, the higher the strength of the joint. - Even with a weld shape that does not penetrate to the back side of the workpiece, it is still considered to be penetrated. - Compared to cases with a penetrated weld shape, there is no significant decrease in tensile strength. ■ Workpiece: SUS436L (t0.8) × SUS436L (t0.8) flat plate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
