The bolt alone has a high anti-loosening effect! Compared to applying adhesive, work efficiency increases by 57%.
The "Wedge Lock Bolt" is a loosening prevention bolt that firmly locks in place by utilizing a special valley-shaped design that exhibits a wedging effect. By simply tightening it, it prevents loosening and reduces the need for adhesive application, while also allowing for repeated use. Additionally, it can prevent loosening in bag hole environments where nuts cannot be used. It has passed the Junker test and NAS vibration test. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of adhesive ■ Passed two types of vibration tests - Junker vibration test: Residual axial force of 85% or more - NAS3350 vibration test: 17 minutes (30,000 cycles) durability ■ Usable in bag holes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
