The "FTD-100" is a matcha roasting machine meticulously designed to pursue the quality of "authentic matcha." The combustion chamber and auxiliary flue are coated with high-efficiency radiant materials, contributing to the generation of "toasted aroma" through efficient radiant heat transfer (far infrared radiation). The heat source employs a gas burner. Clean exhaust gas used in the matcha roasting machine is supplied to the perforated plate drying section located at the top of the matcha roasting machine, making it an energy-efficient design that effectively utilizes waste heat. 【Features】 ■ Color - By spreading the input tea leaves evenly across the entire net without overlapping, drying is achieved uniformly. - Finishes with vibrant colors that retain the original color of the fresh tea leaves (steamed leaves). ■ Aroma - Generates the unique aroma of matcha through drying via radiant heat transfer and natural convection heat transfer. ■ Fluffing - Cool the steamed leaves while removing surface moisture through floating transport by forced air. - Improves the drying efficiency in the initial process of the magnetic tea furnace, significantly affecting the color enhancement. *Free sample tests are available.
