"Katazuke-kun" is a mixed waste resource recovery system that utilizes a manual sorting line. The supply feeder's feed rate and the speed of the manual sorting conveyor belt are controlled by an inverter, and two manual sorting conveyor lines are installed for each supply feeder. This significantly doubles the sorting processing capacity and greatly reduces the waiting time for heavy equipment operators during input work. Additionally, one-touch inspection windows are installed at key points, allowing for time savings during internal inspections and the removal of blockages in the chutes.
