Re-pelletizing film without heating! Benefits include product stabilization and waste reduction!
The "GP-1" is a non-heating compression pellet recycling machine that can turn film waste into high-density regenerated pellets without applying heat. The pellets regenerated by this machine are uniform in width, thickness, and cut, and have a high specific gravity, making them hard and compressed, resulting in a shape similar to that of standard pellets. They can be used in the same way as regular pellets when reused as raw materials. In addition, our company offers products such as the "GP-Slitter Tanzaku," which slits raw waste and wide trimmings for processing directly with the GP-1, as well as the GP-1 pre-system "Tension Roller" and "Trimming Feed Machine." 【Features】 ■ Non-heating regeneration ■ Recycling of trimming waste and raw waste ■ CO2 reduction ■ Patent number: 4403064 (Japan) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Everyone comes into contact with various resin products in some form in their daily lives. These products continue to evolve with characteristics such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, high strength, lightweight, and permeability. While resin products are evolving, outdated manufacturing and cleaning methods remain in the production sites, wasting the skills and labor of craftsmen. We offer a range of devices that allow our customers to create high-quality products with peace of mind and stability, helping to solve their "troubles" and enabling product creation without relying on intuition or manual labor. ○ Products (partial) *For more details, please visit our website. - Mixing machine: A mysterious mixing machine that does not have a stirring part despite being directly attached to the molding machine, preventing mixing and color inconsistencies. (Also has retrieval control and extrusion quantity control) - For multi-layer molding machines: Precise control of each layer through weighing and measurement, ensuring thorough control of the contents. - Non-heating compression recycling machine: A mysterious recycling device that non-thermally recycles film through the processes of "twisting, compressing, and cutting." - Pressure cleaning device: A mysterious cleaning device that uses heat and pressure to penetrate the cleaning solution, lifting and removing resin and dirt without the need for scraping, rubbing, or burning, making it easy to clean. - Cleaning solution: A cleaning solution that removes resin burns and dirt without using abrasives. - Crushing and grinding mixer: A device that stably sends crushed materials along with resin pellets to the molding machine.
