Every year, fatal accidents and property damage incidents occur due to forgetting to stow the crane on vehicles. The "Crane Stowage Forgetting Prevention Safety Device" is designed to prevent these accidents and eliminate 100% of human errors. This device forces the engine to stop if an attempt is made to start the vehicle while any crane unit is not stowed. Since the engine stops, the only way to start the vehicle is to properly stow the crane. If the crane is not properly stowed, the vehicle cannot be started. This is the basis for "100% Safety & 100% Security." Furthermore, it also monitors for "Crane Stowage Forgetting" while driving. If the crane deviates from its normal stowed position due to a malfunction or other reasons while driving, a buzzer will sound, and the deviated unit will be displayed on the driver's monitor. While the engine will not stop during driving, it is necessary to stop the vehicle promptly, identify the cause of the crane stowage forgetting, and take emergency measures.

1) The "Crane Storage Forgetting Prevention Safety Device" is a registered utility model product. 2) It can be installed on cranes from any manufacturer and any model year. 3) The manufacturer's standard "Storage Forgetting Alarm Device" and "Unstored Alarm Device" do not have an engine stop function. 4) Even if the manufacturer's standard "Storage Forgetting Alarm Device" or "Unstored Alarm Device" is installed, the "Crane Storage Forgetting Prevention Safety Device" can still be installed. 5) Two types of model types are available: the "Standard Type," which does not have an engine stop function for left and right outrigger storage forgetting, and the "Full Stop Type," which has an engine stop function for all types of storage forgetting. 6) Installation work can be done starting from one unit. (Installation costs and transportation expenses will be required.) 7) If the column wiring cannot utilize the boom detection switch wiring, the optional device "Boom Storage Wireless Control Box" can be used. 8) For dump trucks, the "Dump Option" allows for timer-controlled unloading during vehicle movement even while the boom is raised.

Since our establishment as a designated Unic factory, we have been conducting business in Kamifukawa, Asakita-ku, Hiroshima City, primarily in the sales and maintenance of truck-mounted cranes (special purpose vehicles). In 2008, we developed our own "Safety Device to Prevent Crane Storage Forgetting" and obtained a utility model registration (No. 3145698). This innovative safety device not only includes an alarm (buzzer sound and rotating light display) for when the crane is not stored but also quickly incorporated the function to stop the engine if the crane is not stored, preventing human error.
