Keihan Electric Railway Commercial Facility Due to the original tiled floor in the Keihan Electric Railway commercial facility being slippery and causing accidents, we implemented a 3mm thick color sand remake directly on the existing tiles. This allows for construction without removing the existing floor, significantly reducing construction time and costs. It is also possible to reopen the facility the next day!

Company information
Turning Point × Possible Change of Perspective Possible The new material binder "Basque Resin" is commonly referred to as "fiber synthetic resin," which is a binder (adhesive) that excels in durability and chemical resistance by mixing epoxy resin with fibers (ceramic-based fibers). The fibers intertwine within the epoxy resin, reinforcing the fiber group and creating an ultra-strong composite material. In the "Cover Remake Method" using Basque Resin, aggregates that were previously impossible to fix in a "three-dimensional structure" with conventional binders are now securely bonded, achieving stronger adhesion. Utilizing this adhesion and high strength, it is possible to carry out construction without removing existing flooring (substrate). Significant reduction in construction time! Low cost! No worries about noise or dust!
