The "iNEXIV VMA Series" is a CNC image measurement system developed by Azuma Technos for the purpose of measuring three-dimensional shape samples, distributed by Nikon Instec. It is equipped with a 10x zoom optical system that meets the needs for high precision at high magnification and a wide field of view at low magnification.
