Pump developed with a focus on abrasion resistance for transporting abrasive slurry!
We will introduce a case study of the development of a "PP pump." We were using a metal coolant pump for the transfer of abrasive slurry, but due to severe wear on the impeller and the need for frequent replacements, we were asked to create a pump that is resistant to wear. As a result, we manufactured a PP pump with high wear resistance, featuring a seal-less and completely metal-free design. The excellent wear resistance was recognized, leading to its formal adoption. 【Case Study】 ■ Client's Requests and Challenges - Severe wear on the impeller due to slurry, requiring frequent replacements. ■ Proposal - Completely seal-less and metal-free design. - Suggested using resin materials for hard slurry. - Designed with a focus on wear resistance to accommodate special slurries. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
