Achieving total cost reduction in unit processing and ultra-high-speed processing!
The OS WIRE series "OS-UZ Wire" is an electrode wire for electric discharge machines that enables ultra-high-speed machining. Our company has made it possible to maintain a high zinc ratio by using our unique wire drawing technology, which places a zinc layer on the outer layer and a high zinc layer between the outer layer and the core material. Furthermore, by maintaining high discharge efficiency and adopting brass for the core material, it possesses the characteristics of conventional electrode wires. 【Features】 ■ Ultra-high-speed machining characteristics ■ Improved machining speed ■ Reduced running costs - Reduced wire and consumable usage per unit of machining - Reduced labor and electricity costs per unit of production *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
