Introducing "fluorescent magnetic powder" and other methods for detecting defects through black light irradiation.
"Fluorescent magnetic powder" emits a vivid fluorescence when illuminated with a black light, making defects easier to see. It can be used with water or oil. "MEF dispersant" is used during the water dispersion of fluorescent magnetic powder to maintain the uniformity of the powder's dispersion. In addition to the inspection surface, it also takes into full consideration defoaming and rust prevention effects, and we offer the following products tailored to your needs. "Steel chalk" is a bright, highly identifiable, and environmentally friendly fluorescent chalk. Its square shape prevents it from rolling, making it highly practical for use. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
