It's a bit different from fluorescent lights. If you choose based on the "quality" of light, ECO・COOL is better than LED.
1. The convenience of being able to reuse existing fixtures as they are during wiring replacement work. 2. A long lifespan that lasts four times longer than fluorescent tubes due to the absence of filaments in the electrodes, significantly reducing maintenance work. 3. More accurate reproduction of orange tones that include red and skin colors with three wavelengths of light from RGB. 4. A beautiful white light that differs from the pseudo-white of blue LEDs. 5. Eye-friendly light that not only cuts UV but also emits less blue light, which raises concerns about its effects on the retina. 6. Uniform brightness and flicker-free comfort from a light source that emits light in 360°. 7. Relief from the burden of continuing to use aging ballasts as they are. 8. Increased market awareness due to major manufacturers ceasing production of fluorescent tubes in 2019. 9. Overwhelming support from users who prioritize light quality as an energy-saving lighting solution with a different light source than LEDs.

Detailed information
-
Filamentless electrode Since CCFL does not have a filament in its electrode, its lifespan is not greatly affected by the ON/OFF of the power supply.
-
Natural light with excellent color rendering properties Using RGB three-wavelength light, it reproduces orange tones with red hues and skin tones more accurately, expressing a beautiful white that is different from the pseudo-white of blue LEDs.
-
UV cut Cuts light in the near-ultraviolet region with wavelengths below 400nm, which can attract insects. It also has the effect of preventing fading of colors. Additionally, it can be confirmed from the wavelengths that there is less blue light radiation, which is a concern for its impact on the retina.
-
Wide light distribution range Compared to the strong directivity of LED light distribution from point light sources, CCFLs, which emit light from the entire tube at 360°, excel at illuminating a wide area with uniform light that has no unevenness in brightness.
