The 【WCL-426R】 is an IoT tool designed for users who want to respond immediately to troubles occurring on the production line and analyze the history of those troubles. It collects information on production line issues in real-time. Due to its wireless communication, installation is easy and does not require wiring work. It can wirelessly receive real-time notifications of trouble occurrences sent from transmitters "AN426TII" installed at work locations or machines on the production line. It is available only in Japan, while a comparable product available in the United States and Canada is the "WCL-920R."

The WCL-426R wirelessly receives trouble occurrence notifications sent from the transmitter AN426TII. The transmitter has two types of input methods: (1) "Push button 4 points (orange, red, green, white)" for operators to report trouble occurrences (2) "External input 4 points (orange, red, green, white)" for machines to report trouble occurrences. Each color can be assigned meanings corresponding to potential troubles on the production line, such as "Red: Abnormal occurrence," "Orange: Production parts shortage," "Green: Request for transport of completed products," and "White: Trouble resolution." The received trouble occurrence notifications can be output externally via LAN. Information about trouble occurrences on the production line can be utilized and analyzed using applications on PCs, tablets, or in the cloud. By using the Windows-compatible application "Production Process Support Software for WCL Series WCL plus," up to 10 andon receivers can save the history of trouble occurrences received in CSV format. If the wireless andon series "AN426II" is installed in the production site, the already installed transmitter "AN426TII" can be used as is.
