Measuring low-temperature elastic recovery of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber!
- This is a testing machine (TR tester) for measuring the low-temperature elastic recovery of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber. - The test specimen is elongated and fixed, then immersed in a test tank filled with a heat transfer medium, which is cooled to -70°C to -73°C and held for 10 minutes. After that, the fixation of the test specimen is released, and the test tank is heated at a rate of 1°C per minute. - The length of the test specimen is measured at -70°C and then at 2-minute intervals thereafter, continuing the test until the contraction rate of the test specimen reaches 75%. - From the test results, a temperature-contraction rate curve is created, and the temperatures at 10%, 30%, 50%, and 70% contraction are calculated. - With the optional shared liquid nitrogen, it is possible to reach -100°C. <Reference Standards> JIS-K6261-4, ASTM-D1329, ISO-2921 【About Catalog Download】 Please request the catalog from the related links below or by contacting us. *For products that do not have a standalone catalog, please request the comprehensive catalog.
