The LP250 is a device installed in the post-process of a hard capsule automatic filling machine, designed to remove defective capsules such as filling defects and bonding defects. When passing under the defective capsule recovery device, empty capsules and separated capsules are suctioned and removed. The sieve has holes on the front, allowing only good products to pass through, while defective products such as crushed or splintered capsules are removed at the top of the plate. 【System Overview】 ■ Capsules from the filling machine are fed in from the capsule input section. ■ Capsules are aligned on the alignment plate and move forward due to the vibration of the straight feeder. ■ When passing under the defective product recovery device, empty capsules and separated capsules are suctioned and removed. ■ Capsules that pass through the alignment plate are dropped into the sieve. ■ Defective products such as crushed or splintered capsules are removed at the top of the plate. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
