The "Cavitron" is a high-speed rotating rotor and a fixed stator type wet emulsification and dispersion machine that performs advanced emulsification, dispersion, uniform mixing, and fine particle size reduction. The processing liquid is forced to pass between the rotating rotor and stator at a peripheral speed of around 40 m/s, imparting a powerful shear force in the megahertz range, achieving one of the highest dispersion effects among similar models. It also has a pumping function, allowing for the transfer of the processing liquid, making it a multifunctional product.
