Reducing material costs rather than surprise processing! Introduction of processing examples of high tear-resistant silicone rubber that can be welded.
The welding processing example "high tear strength silicone rubber" can be processed into various shapes, such as frames and ducts, unlike US silicone, as it allows for welding processing. This method uses silicone material more efficiently compared to die-cut processing. While the general impression is that "welding = weak adhesion strength," the tear strength characteristic of high tear strength silicone is maintained, allowing for processing while enhancing tensile strength. 【Target processed products】 ■ Round and tapered ducts ■ Round and square flanged ducts ■ Frames ■ Other various shapes *For more details, please refer to the PDF available for download.
