The special-shaped blade simultaneously achieves high oxygen transfer efficiency with fine bubbles and strong stirring effects! Additionally, there is about a 30% energy-saving effect due to the low-load structure!
The high-efficiency aeration device "Master Diffuser" is an aeration device that can efficiently supply oxygen in the aeration tank of wastewater treatment facilities. By bringing the air blown into the tank into contact with specially shaped blades, it generates fine bubbles with excellent oxygen transfer efficiency (dissolution efficiency) while vigorously stirring the tank. This contributes to maintaining good microbial activity in the aeration tank. 【Features】 ■ Improvement of tank environment It improves the tank environment through high oxygen dissolution efficiency and strong stirring effects. ■ Energy-saving effect Compared to disk types, it has less load and can reduce power consumption by about 30%. ■ Maintenance-free It features a structure that is resistant to clogging. Made of SUS304 and 66 nylon, it is highly durable. ■ Suppression of settled sludge It lifts sludge from the bottom and stirs it within the tank, suppressing settled sludge. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
Microorganisms consume oxygen to process organic matter, which is why sufficient oxygen is required in biological wastewater treatment. Biological treatment consumes a lot of energy during the aeration process. If sufficient oxygen cannot be supplied during aeration, the efficiency of organic matter processing decreases. There are various methods to reduce electricity consumption during aeration, but generating fine bubbles is commonly used to improve enzyme transfer efficiency. The "Master Diffuser" can produce highly efficient fine bubbles for oxygen transfer with less energy. 【Internal Structure】 ■ The new three-dimensional cutter model blade achieves high oxygen transfer efficiency. The shape of the three-dimensional wave-type cutter model blade creates different pressures on the water and bubbles passing through the blade due to the principle of a cyclone, thereby reducing large bubbles to fine ones and enhancing oxygen transfer efficiency. ■ Made from 66 nylon, it maintains high durability.

Company information
The increase in CO2 leading to global warming, pollution of water, air, and soil... We are now in an era where environmental issues can no longer be considered someone else's problem. Particularly now, when corporate social responsibility is being scrutinized more than ever, environmental measures in factories and offices have become essential and unavoidable business practices. However, when companies attempt to implement environmental measures, it can be quite challenging and labor-intensive to choose the right solutions from the wide variety of environmental equipment and systems available that are suitable for their specific issues and problems. Kowa Shoji is a company born to resolve such concerns for our client companies, providing environmental solutions. We constantly stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving environmental technology trends and propose suitable equipment and systems to our client companies. Our mission is to provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations for the problems they face, and to tackle environmental issues together with our clients.
