High-temperature resistant resin 'PEEK' [Short delivery time, small lot available]
High-performance resins that are actively used in multiple fields such as semiconductors, aerospace, food, and medical applications! Capable of handling small batches through machining as well as mass production via injection molding!
PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic resin (super engineering plastic) that excels in "high heat resistance," "mechanical strength," and "chemical resistance." PEEK boasts top-tier thermal properties among thermoplastic resins, with a continuous use temperature of approximately 250°C and a melting point of 334°C. It has exceptional chemical resistance, particularly against acids and alkalis at high temperatures. Additionally, it exhibits excellent insulation and dielectric properties across a wide frequency range. PEEK can accommodate orders from a single piece through machining, as well as mass production lots via injection molding. 【Features】 ■ Heat Resistance The continuous use temperature for high-temperature characteristics is approximately 240 to 250°C. The melting point is 334°C, placing it among the highest ranks of thermoplastics and plastics. ■ Excellent Radiation Resistance It is resistant to degradation from radiation and can maintain insulation properties up to 1000 Mrad. ■ Relatively Non-flammable (low smoke generation) During combustion, it does not produce irritating gases, and smoke generation is very minimal. *For more details, please request a catalog or view the PDF data available for download.

Narasaki Sangyo Co., Ltd. "Functional Materials Division" specializes in high-performance material contract processing. The materials we handle fall into "five categories": 1. Ceramics/Glass 2. Metals 3. Engineering Plastics 4. Carbon 5. Surface Treatment We offer a wide range of services, and if you provide us with a single production drawing, we can deliver various materials and surface treatments as a one-stop solution. We cater to everything from general-purpose to specialty materials, including high-precision, fine, electrical discharge, laser processing, as well as surface treatments such as coating, precision cleaning, and blasting. Our particular strength lies in high-precision and short-lead-time processing of ceramics. By machining from pre-fired materials, we achieve short lead times for ceramics that traditionally take several months. We handle a wide range of ceramics, including machinable ceramics like Hotovel, as well as fine ceramics such as alumina and zirconia, and non-oxide ceramics like silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and aluminum nitride. We are also actively engaged in proposing cost reductions for overseas ceramics and other international materials. We can accommodate various contract processing projects, from prototype development starting with a quantity of one to mass production.
