Dust Environment Testing Equipment for Electronic Enclosures, Moving Parts, and Optical Components
Are you able to quantitatively reproduce and test dust environments such as dust, particulate matter, and oil smoke? Presentation of materials.
Our "Dust Environment Testing Device" is a system that can quantitatively reproduce cotton dust, particulate matter, oil smoke, and more. The generation amount and interval time can be easily programmed and controlled via a touch panel. The size of the testing environment ranges widely from room types to small tank types. It can replicate dust environments in living rooms, offices, laboratories, light workspaces, warehouses, and is utilized in fields such as electronics, medical devices, and automotive parts manufacturing. [Examples of verification content in tests] ■ Ingress of dust into the enclosure ■ Changes in contact failure, contact resistance, and circuit resistance caused by dust ■ Malfunctions in bearings, core rods, shafts, and other moving parts ■ Effects of dirt on the surfaces of optical components and contamination from lubricants ■ Clogging of ventilation windows, bushings, pipes, and filters *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Lineup】 ■ Large Dust Environment Testing Device, 2-Chamber Type with Measurement Chamber (Cotton Dust / Particulate Matter / Oil Smoke Testing Device) ■ Large Dust Environment Testing Device, 1-Chamber Type (Cotton Dust / Particulate Matter Testing Device) ■ Dust Suppression Testing Device D-1S (Three patterns of particulate matter testing are possible) 【Overview of Dust Suppression Testing Device D-1S】 ■ Injects a specified low concentration of particulate matter into the test chamber at regular intervals, allowing it to settle on the test sample ■ The temperature inside the test chamber must be maintained at 40°C due to the requirement for low relative humidity (below 25%) ■ The inner surface of the test chamber is made of metal and is conductive to avoid static electricity accumulation ■ Test dust is blown into the upper part of the test chamber using a horizontal air flow ■ The injection site disperses the dust to create a specified uniform dust volume on the test sample ■ The specified dust volume to be accumulated in the test space is 6±1g/m² over 24 hours *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
