The "Grid-Type Magnet with Fixed Ends" is a magnet filter that adsorbs and removes metal fragments and fine iron powder mixed in food, processed food, and industrial materials. It captures fine iron powder using a high magnetic force magnet with a diameter of 25mm and a maximum strength of 1,200mT. By adopting a grid shape, it allows for the removal of a larger quantity of metal foreign substances compared to a single magnet bar. It is primarily installed within housings or piping. The junction between the magnet bar and the flat bar is fully welded with a rounded edge suitable for food use, and by polishing the heads of the screws that secure the magnet bar, it is possible to achieve a gapless and groove-free design. With a sanitary specification, it is resistant to dirt and easy to clean, resulting in a hygienic finish. Custom sizes can be made to order in 1mm increments. 【Features】 ■ The diameter of the magnet bar is φ25mm. Production is also possible in φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ28, and φ32mm.
