A = "A" represents Aluminium. 5 = Represents the type of alloy. 1 = 1000 series aluminum, pure aluminum (aluminum with a purity of 99.00% or higher) 2 = 2000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Cu series) 3 = 3000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mn series) 4 = 4000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Si series) 5 = 5000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg series) 6 = 6000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg-Si series) 7 = 7000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Zn-Mg series) 8 = Aluminum alloys of other series 9 = Reserved 0 = Indicates the order of establishment, representing a modified version of the alloy. 52 = In the case where the type of alloy is 1 (for pure aluminum), it represents the two decimal places of aluminum purity.
