Short Pass Filter - A dielectric multilayer film filter that transmits light on the short wavelength side and reflects light on the long wavelength side. Long Pass Filter - A dielectric multilayer film filter that transmits light on the long wavelength side and reflects light on the short wavelength side. Dichroic Filter - A dielectric multilayer film filter used for vertical incidence that extracts arbitrary light (color) in the visible range.
