Capable of a wider range of movement and posture than the parallel type! Inspecting multiple areas such as dirt on molded products.
The "Robot (Serial Type) Image Processing Simple Inspection Device" releases molded products taken out from the molding machine onto a receiving platform. A multi-joint robot then grips the molded product as it moves with a reciprocating cylinder and presents it to the camera of the image processing device to inspect multiple areas of the molded product for shape, foreign objects, dirt, and more. It allows for a wider range of movement and posture compared to parallel types, with a load capacity ranging from 4 to 7 kg. 【Features】 ■ Releases molded products taken out from the molding machine onto a receiving platform ■ A multi-joint robot grips the molded product after it has moved with a reciprocating cylinder ■ Inspects multiple areas of the molded product for shape, foreign objects, dirt, etc. ■ Allows for a wider range of movement and posture compared to parallel types *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
