Our company offers surface treatments such as electropolishing, anodizing, and resin coating, as well as wire drawing of tungsten and molybdenum. In electropolishing, the metal surface is dissolved by applying current through an electrolyte solution between the metal wire and the electrode. At Toksai, we can control various materials and surface conditions by managing the electrolyte and conditions. 【Oxide Coating】 The oxide of tungsten changes color depending on the amount of oxygen, allowing us to control the thickness of the oxide film and uniformly achieve the desired color. Additionally, other materials can also be considered. 【Resin Coating】 We offer two types: polyurethane and polyimide (for those requiring higher heat resistance than polyurethane). We can accommodate requests for coating thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 10 μm on one side. Our coatings have minimal eccentricity and uniform thickness, and the coating thickness deviation along the entire length of the wire is stable and well-received.
