【※Free explanatory manga!】 Not just "repairs," but achieving "enhanced functionality"! Leave the plating repairs on-site to us.
"On-site plating" refers to a repair method that uses the SIFCO process from the United States, which does not involve a plating bath. By bringing a small rectifier to the site, it is possible to plate various coatings with specified thicknesses on the necessary parts right there. 【Features】 ■ Improved functionality with rust prevention, increased hardness, and wear resistance ■ Plating can be done at the specified thickness on the necessary parts ■ On-site construction is possible due to the use of a small rectifier → Repairs can be made on large components that have no spare parts or are difficult to remove → Reduction in transportation costs and downtime *For more detailed information or materials, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
【We solve the following problems!】 - I want to plate only a part (I want to avoid immersing the entire item in plating solution) - The part I want to repair is large and cannot fit into the plating tank - I want to repair it on-site without disassembling the machine - I want to avoid issues caused by thermal distortion and residual stress - I want to improve heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, lubrication, etc. 【Examples of Work】 ■ Aerospace and Space Equipment - Correction of inner diameter wear in engine parts - Cd coating on high-tensile steel (landing gear) - Repair of turbine blades and propeller edge parts ■ Power Generation Energy Plant Equipment - Suppression of electrical contact resistance - Improvement of wear resistance - Enhancement of corrosion resistance ■ Oil and Gas Equipment - Build-up on the inner diameter of hydraulic cylinders and chrome-plated parts - Surface treatment for improved wear and corrosion resistance - Reduction of contact resistance ■ Machining Automotive Equipment - Repair of build-up for damage, dents, etc. - Improvement of surface hardness - Build-up on flat, inner, and outer surfaces
