Manufacturing fine ceramic parts without molds! High precision and cost reduction as well.
REPTON
From prototyping to mass production, we’ve got you covered. Contributing to cost reduction in research and development! For high-quality fine ceramics for electronic components and semiconductor devices, trust us!
At Lepton, we manufacture "fine ceramics products" suitable for sintering and heat treatment of electronic and metal components using our unique firing technology. Typically, mold production incurs manufacturing costs, but we can produce high-precision and high-quality items without mold costs. Furthermore, we accommodate near-net shapes, including large rib-structured products and long guide rails, which were previously deemed impossible, starting from high-purity alumina. We can handle small items (a few mm) to large items (up to 3 meters) and can produce various shapes, from core structures to hollow structures, without shrinkage during solidification. Our company also supports custom shapes and small lot sizes. We can assist with material selection and adjustments to density and porosity. Our unique manufacturing method, the "thermal gel molding method," has made it possible to achieve shapes and sizes that were previously deemed impossible with conventional ceramics. The "thermal gel molding method" allows for various forms to be created by injecting a slurry of ceramic solvent into a "mold" and heating it to solidify without shrinkage, thus solidifying the solvent as well. Additionally, since there is no contact with metals throughout the entire process, there is no contamination from impurities. Please consult us from the design stage! We are a ceramics manufacturer that fulfills your requests.
