Rubber anti-tack agent "Toyozex"

An effective anti-adhesion agent for preventing adhesion of easily adhesive uncured rubber materials.

"Toyozex" is an effective anti-adhesion agent for preventing adhesion of low-viscosity, unvulcanized rubber materials that are prone to sticking. When used alone, it forms a non-dusting anti-adhesion film that is colorless and transparent. After drying, it has almost no dusting properties and does not affect vulcanizate properties or aging resistance. [Features] - As a liquid anti-adhesion agent, it improves the working environment and does not cause issues such as reduced kneading effects due to "slipping" on rolls during reprocessing, which can occur with commonly used metal soaps. - It does not cause problems such as mold contamination or adhesion inhibition that can arise from silicone or wax-based agents. - The aqueous solution of Toyozex has almost no foaming. - It can be effectively used with various rubber compounds. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
