[Example] Case Study of Wooden Box Production

Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor inconvenience within the factory. This case involves a manufacturer that produces large industrial pumps and motors. They were transporting the main shafts by placing them directly on a truck. Subsequently, to prevent scratches, they had to cover them with protective gear in multiple places. To address this, we created a wooden box case. Since the entire case can be transported and loaded/unloaded together, there is no need to cover the shafts with protective gear on the truck bed. This significantly reduced the loading and unloading time. Additionally, since the case is made of wood, there is no concern about scratches from colliding with the case.
