Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor hassle within the factory. This case is from a factory that produces electronic components. A new product line was launched, and it was decided to transport a special pallet containing small parts directly to the outsourcing partner. However, due to the nature of the special pallet, there were concerns about the risk of loss. To address this, we prepared a pallet shaped like an egg carton. By simply placing it on top like a lid and flipping it over, we can separate the pallets used for internal transport from those used for external transport. Since the special pallets do not need to be transported, production utilizing outsourcing was able to ramp up quickly.
