Cleaning of molds and finishing of jewelry, etc. Low heat generation and clogging, with stable polishing power.
The "3M Radial Bristle Products (Special Resin Brushes with Abrasive Particles)" flexibly follow the contours of recessed areas, allowing for easy polishing in places that conventional nylon brushes with abrasive particles could not reach. They generate little heat and clogging, maintaining stable polishing power until the end. Furthermore, they only remove surface dirt and coatings without excessive abrasion. Unlike wire brushes, they do not produce flying debris that can injure the body, making them safe to use. Additionally, they do not generate metal dust, preventing rust formation on metal surfaces. 【Features】 - Flexibly follows the contours of recessed areas, making polishing easy - Generates little heat and clogging, maintaining stable polishing power - Finishing roughness can be selected from #80 to #8000 - No need to use compounds, keeping the work environment clean - Does not produce metal dust, preventing rust formation on metal surfaces *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
