A coating agent and release agent mainly composed of boron nitride (BN) with excellent lubricating properties.
BN coating exhibits non-wettability similar to Teflon against molten non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The metal and dross do not react or adsorb with the coating. Depending on the application, we offer coatings with various properties such as non-wettability, strength, and dilutability.

basic information
1. Water-Soluble Coating "BN Lubric Coat" This is a standard BN coating. "BN Lubric Coat ZS" It excels in dilutability and strength, demonstrating effectiveness especially against RFM refractories, forming a tough film. "BN Lubric Coat ZV" It forms a high-strength, high-durability film, making it ideal for areas with molten flow, erosion, or wear. It is non-corrosive to metals. "BN Release Coat" With high non-wettability and low viscosity, it is optimal as a mold release agent. "BN Lubric Coat BNW" This high-viscosity paste can be applied thickly or diluted for a thinner application. It is neutral, making it versatile for use in various locations and can be used with other coatings. "BN Hard Coat" This is the strongest coating with excellent wear resistance. Please use it in areas where high strength is required. 2. Spray (Organic Solvent-Based) "BN Aerosol Lubric Coat" This is a convenient spray can type of BN coating. 3. Patching Material (Water-Soluble) "BN Cerapatch" This is a patching material containing high concentrations of BN. Please use it for the repair of refractories.
