[Polyurethane Construction Proposal] Indoor Equipment Measures for Food Manufacturing Facilities
Proposal for the installation of polyurethanes to prevent deterioration caused by salt and corrosive gases!
"Polyual" is a corrosion prevention coating for aluminum fins patented by Blygold. It is known that in working environments such as pickle manufacturing, seafood processing, cyanide fumigation warehouses, fermentation equipment for beer, sauce production, mushroom cultivation, photo development equipment, and hair salon permanents, the deterioration of indoor units is severe. Regular and careful maintenance of air conditioning indoor units primarily involves cleaning, and measures against salt and corrosive gases are not taken. In such operations, the generation of gases that corrode aluminum often leads to the resignation of replacing fins every three years, and many people opt to install expensive stainless steel or copper fins. By applying our product, a coating film is formed on the surface of the aluminum fins, helping to prevent deterioration. [Features] - Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold on aluminum fins of heat exchangers - Addresses heat exchangers that cannot be protected even with cationic coatings - Protects outdoor units in salt damage areas where salt damage occurs even with heavy salt damage specifications - Repairs through touch-up, providing semi-permanent protection for fins - Maintains high thermal conductivity, allowing for thick coating films and heat exchange performance, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
