This is a special matte chrome plating that solves slip scratches during the production of optical films and other thin films. It effectively grips the fine matte surface irregularities while allowing air to escape, preventing scratches on the film during high-speed transport between the roll and the film. Features: - Excellent wear resistance due to chrome plating. - Processable regardless of roll material: carbon rolls, aluminum rolls, or iron rolls. - Uniform surface shape without protrusions. - Customizable roughness adjustments available. - Existing rolls can be re-plated. - Unlike grooved rolls, repairs and re-plating are easy, leading to longer-lasting rolls.
